- Airport transfer logistics: At 45–60 km from IGI, the transfer is manageable but requires coordination. Yamuna Expressway is fast; NH-58 via Noida can back up. Assign a dedicated transport coordinator for arrivals day.
- Aqua Line metro: For Noida-based delegates, the metro is more reliable than road transfer. Include metro directions in delegate communication.
