Exhibition Halls (Level 1 and Basement 2)

The exhibition halls offer over 30,000 square metres of flexible exhibition space. Movable walls allow each level to be sub-divided into 3 separate halls.

Level 1 Exhibition Halls (Floor Area: 14,560 sq m)

All L1 halls share a pre-function area near the main entrance. Access ramps connect L1 to B2.

Basement 2 Exhibition Halls (Floor Area: 17,190 sq m)

B2 has its own pre-function area and a dedicated freight/service entrance — useful for exhibitions with heavy equipment or vehicle displays.

This is the sweet spot for most Indian corporate events — your 200-800 pax conferences, annual sales meets, and regional leadership summits fit comfortably on L3. Each main ballroom + its junior counterpart gives you a plenary + breakout pair without moving between floors.

Every meeting room includes: flip chart, micro pantry, video conferencing, LCD projector with 96-inch screen, and high-speed internet. You do not need to arrange these separately.

Level 4 — Large Events (500-2,500 pax)

4 ballrooms and 6 junior ballrooms, divisible into 91 rooms. Height: 6.1 metres. Plus 3 garden walks as outdoor pre-function areas.

Junior Ballrooms (Breakout Rooms)

The Roselle-Simpor Ballroom spans over 3,700 square metres — the second largest at Marina Bay Sands after the Sands Grand Ballroom on Level 5. Roselle-Simpor Ballrooms 4601, 4602, 4603, 4604, 4605, 4601E, and 4601A can be joined to form a maximum of three rooms.

Garden Walks (Outdoor Pre-Function Areas)

These outdoor garden walks between ballrooms provide breakout and networking space — useful for tea breaks, registration counters, or sponsor display areas between sessions.

Level 5 — Sands Grand Ballroom (Mega Events)

The Sands Grand Ballroom Foyer is a significant space on its own — large enough to host a 1,760-person banquet independently, or serve as registration, exhibition, and networking area for events using the main ballroom.

The Sands Grand Ballroom hosted the Amway China Leadership Seminar in 2024 — 10,000 delegates across four waves. The ballroom was reconfigured within the same day from theatre-style for the business conference to banquet setup for the gala dinner with pyrotechnics. That level of operational flexibility matters when you are running a tight schedule with a large group.

Hotel Accommodation

Marina Bay Sands has over 2,500 rooms spread across three hotel towers, making it one of the largest hotel inventories in Southeast Asia under a single property.

Room categories range from Deluxe and Premier rooms to Club rooms with executive lounge access, and several suite tiers — Suite, Chairman Suite, and Presidential Suite. ArtScience Museum
